Service Description
Reiki Level I Attunement is a 4-6 hour intensive where the student learns the history, benefits and applications of traditional Usui Reiki in our modern world and daily lives. I will lead you through a guided meditation and chakra clearing, followed by instruction and hands-on practice of your newfound skills. Attunement will be offered immediately after class for students who are ready, and those who feel they need more practice or instruction are invited to stay for the Attunement Ceremony, and to schedule their own attunement at a later date.
